But no court in the world would convict her of being protective of her daughter.
Even if he didn't smash pelivis with the girl til she was 18 there was no question that he was in a position of authority and influence.
If there are pictures of her sitting in his lap pre 18 he's in huge trouble.
The courts in the States really don't like child molesters.
If I was the girls father I would beat the ever loving hell out of him and serve my jail term with a smile.
