comes with 8 chairs (2 arm chairs, 6 side chairs) and leaf, it seats 8 comfortably. Everything is in excellent condition.

Measurements of the hutch are: Top Piece ( Glass Hutch) = 4' High and 5' wide
Bottom Piece ( Sideboard) 2' 5" high and 5' 4" wide

I am not interested in teh set but I just thought it was funny. My dad used to be a furniture rep for all of Canada and some of the united states. The set you are selling was one of his lines.
Just for everyone's info. This set is high quality oak and very well built.
