Nice comfy pleasant trip home from the market.

If this tram was a private business then I can see them banning her from using their service. But....Exactly, what was she arrested for? Hurt feelings?

Leaving aside what we all think of her views, just expressing them in public in the way she did put her child at risk of violence, for that reason alone he should be taken into care.

I'm pretty sure only racists will be offended by her being charged with a hate crime.

People shouldn't have to be subject to a "racist f-bomb rant" just because of the colour of their skin.

Disturbing the peace, or tumultuous conduct is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. I suspect it doesn't lead to much more than a fine in most cases

this is what reading the daily mail and watching the x factor does to the human brain. It results in a condition known as slagititis. Where the afflicted is compelled to drink cheap cider, dress in burberry and tracksuits and pine for the days of the british empire when all the darkies worked for them.
