Default American Proxy?

So I have a fairly large US-based client that I'm doing design work for, but they typically block out non-American based access to their site. However I need to be able to access their site regularly to see progress etc. Is there any way to get around this so I can actually use this site? Is it possible to buy an American-proxy or something (not really sure that's the name btw)?
