Big Congrats man, hopefully he turns on you and becomes a Flames fan and not a Canadians fan like I did with my pop.

Woo, congratz! Welcome to a whole new life, the one you knew before will be GONE.
My little guy is 11 months old now, and he knew daddy was a wuss because he's been a great baby, almost none of the horror stories we hear all the time.
The first few months they don't do much, but pretty quickly you start to see their personality.

I've got an 11 month daughter, and I thought it would be a whole different life, but for me it really hasn't. Sure you gotta change a few dirty diapers and stuff, and the bank account takes a bit of a hit, but other than that it has been that much of an life-altering experience.
Congrats.
