Teams have until Sunday @ 6 pm MST to submit bids. Terms/AHL% and $$$ all must be included.

Didn't realize AHL% was negotiable. In the rules, it says,
In all cases the AHL contract is set at 10%


What happens if teams sent offers without an AHL%? Do they need to send another e-mail to clarify?

that's for cases where the player is not be awarded via the bid system. In a bid system AHL% is used as a tie-braker.

Contracts are awarded based on the following:
1. Per year $$$
If tied
2. Term
If tied
3. AHL %
If tied
4. Spot in standings.


So if your offer didn't include AHL% - you should re-submit.
