We did not going into the day hoping to land a big fish, and we were very happy with our current forward corp, but the chance to land Zetterberg was an easy decision.

Brown and Morrison were playing on our 3rd line and while they were contributing to move them for a bonafide first liner was a no brainer.

Greiss is having a resurgence as an NHL backup and it hurts to lose him.

I like this way better for the Caps and am pretty surprised that's all it took to land him. Well done.

This was a move done to add some depth to our team. I think Brown is around a 68ov and Morrison 66ov (with some good sim stats) so they'll add some depth. Overall we like our top end talent on the team and ideally some depth will lead to winning. Greiss has looked good for the most part this year and hopefully won't go 1-7 for us in the sim. Sucks to lose Zetter but we weren't prepared to pay him 10 million next year. Brown is a RFA after this year and we're hoping his all around game will lead to some wins for the team.
