I don't see one of those stupid 'Intro' sub forums, so I'm going to throw this here.
Hello.
I am not a Hockey Fan, but I will pretend to be one so I can hang out here. This is the most active Calgary specific forum I could find on the interweb.
I'm a far right wing liberal (if that matters around here).
I am moving from Hellhole, Ontario (that's anywhere within a 50km radius of Toronto) to Airdrie in a few months. Who knows, maybe if I'm near a city with a decent hockey team, I could become a fan of the sport.
Any ways... hopefully I don't annoy the **** out of anyone with a 'fleury' of Calgary questions, and hopefully we can all hate on Toronto together.

I think you missed the part where I said " Right Wing" Liberal.
I'm liberal in the anti-religious and pro-choice sense. It pretty much ends there.
Pick up trucks and hippy bashing is right up my alley, so worry not.
As for "Cheers", that should wear off when I get out of this ****hole.
I used to end everything with "b'ye", but Ontario killed that off. I'll count on Calgary to kill off any lingering undesirables.

I don't know anything about Edmonton.
I know Vancouver is a breeding ground for hippies, so naturally I don't like it, and it's also mandatory to hate them if you live in Ontario, as well as Montreal.
As long as we don't hate on the island portion of Nova Scotia, it's all good.
