So I've got a locked (Rogers) iPhone 4.

Was brand new in August (from the Apple store- it was a replacement on my original iPhone 4). Got a new iPhone 4S with another provider in September, so less than 2 months of use on this iPhone 4.

It's the 16GB, black model.

I'll entertain offers via PM... I see them on kijiji for 350 - 500ish, depending on condition and "unlocked"-ness, so let's start the bidding at 450! Remember it's almost brand new.
