Authorities reopen probe into Natalie Wood's death
I always thought this to be very suspicious, Tough times ahead for Robert Wagner? or is 30 years just too far back?

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office is reopening its investigation into the death of movie star Natalie Wood, who drowned in 1981 while boating off Catalina Island near the California coast, authorities said Thursday.
Homicide investigators are taking a new look at one of Hollywood's most enduring mysteries after they were contacted by people who claimed they had "additional information" about the drowning, the sheriff's department said in a statement.
Natalie Wood once said in a televised interview that her greatest fear was of dark seawater. On November 29, 1981, she drowned in the Pacific Ocean off the isthmus of Catalina Island.
Wood's body was found floating in the water about a mile away from the yacht.
The autopsy report shows Wood had two dozen bruises on her body, including a facial abrasion on her left cheek, and bruises on her arms.
"My sister was not a swimmer and did not know how to swim, and she would never go to another boat or to shore dressed in a nightgown and socks," said Lana Wood.
Although the county coroner's office ruled that Wood's death was an accident, others say the case hasn't made sense.
Lots of questions at the time and it got very hot for Robert Wagner in those early days . . . . . then it faded away.
I think most felt her death was very fishy (no pun intended). Interestingly, her Life Magazine cover is on a moving sailboat and she has other publicity shots on boats.
A classy and sassy broad . . . .

Her last film which I need to find somewhere and watch. It stars her and Ross' dad from Friends in it. I saw part of this somewhere years ago and it's totally weird and interesting enough to looking for. Some bizarre tail end of disco stuff in a comedy about the basement of Chicken on the Way.
I first saw her in a movie when I was about ten years old, back in the late sixties. After that, my preference for brown eyed brunettes was set for life. One of the last and greatest beauties of Hollywood's golden era.
This being the Los Angeles Police department. I have full confidence that they will NOT get their man.
It appears they were even worst 30 years ago.
I'm no doctor but how does a dead body stay warm for hours in 40 degree water? She was still foaming at the mouth? The Cops got this report and it wasn't suspicious enough to have a full investigation?
