We bought a trailer from Western RV World about three years ago. Putting aside my distaste of major purchases involving sleezy salesmen, our experience with them was alright. They run classes on various maintenance tasks like winterizing. They took us in a stocked motorhome to the Chuck Wagon races and got us completely shinguard faced. They have even accomodated my cranky wife, and replaced the lino when she noticed a nick. Service department is helpful, but very busy. I would deal with them again.
I think the trailer itself is a Wanderer 182DT. It has three softwalled flip outs, which we love. Our kids have their own rooms complete with light and plug in, so they can bring a friend along, and it cuts down on the fighting.

We are pretty happy so far.
