Speed on Green ticket

So my wife lost her speed on green ticket that was mailed to her. Anyone know who I would contact to get a new ticket or just pay it? Not sure if this is a provincal item or something that I need to call CPS?

If you go to the traffic courts to pay without it they can still pull it for you.
