Default Furnace Cleaning advice/referral

Any advice on reputable furnace cleaners that ply their trade at a good rate?

Tried L&K Furnace cleaners a few years back and they totally nickel and dimed me on a warranty rebate that they collected but decided to take weeks and a threat of a BBB report to reimburse. Since then I have used Alberta Furnace cleaners but sense that there may be better deals out there to be had.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

I am up for the challenge ....but only if you want it done right.

To anyone wanting this done ...free estimates .....all prices qualified up front NO surprises (hidden fees) and I am a journeyman NOT a salesman preying on COMMISSIONED upsells taking your money.

MY estimates come with a detailed description of everything that was missed by your last Furnace and Duct service all FOR FREE

I'm totally oblivious to the advantages of getting your furnace cleaned anyone wanna give me a quick low down? We built our place and moved in 4 years ago, what kind of advantage would I see in getting my furnace and ducts cleaned ?

The ducts in your place will have 2 -10 lbs of building debris in them.
Your airflow is restricted in the venting, takeoffs and main ducts of your house because they are dirty.
The furnace warranty is void if a preoccupancy cleaning inspection and service was not done and your furnace is likely NOT RUNNING AT ITS full potential. Dirty burners and flame sensor along with all other components important to safely and efficiently heating your home.

Give me a call for a free estimate and I will come and point everything out to you which will back up all of my claims. 970-9256
