man, i'm going to Cuba in 4 weeks, anyone think i need to reschedule based on all these hurricanes hitting at this stage in the season?

I understand it's cheap but why would you go to the Caribbean during Aug-Oct?

It's impossible to predict 4 weeks out, but you're right in the middle of hurricane season. I'm heading to Miami next weekend for the Dolphins game, if not for the draw of the game I'd never hit that area this time of year.

well, it's a 30th bday gift from my family, and i've always wanted to see havana so think that was their justification.
I also travel to the carribean very often (every month or two) for work, but have always been able to avoid any hurricanes. I guess just lucky ignorance i suppose.
