Default iPhoto Freezes
I'm using iPhoto for my pictures and every time I quit iPhoto freezes and doesn't actually quit. My only option is to force quit using the command apple esc option to close it.

If anyone in the CP oracle has thoughts, I'm open to suggestions

It must be something you are doing wrong because Macs don't have problems.
