Default Little Help (Stag & Doe Speech Ideas)

Hey folks,

So I'm emceeing a wedding for two friends of mine, that's fine, I've done it before I'll do more.

However today is their Stag & Doe (Jack & Jill, Stag & Stagette, whatever you want to call it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stag_and_doe).

Again, that's fine.

However,

I may be doing some emceeing duties tonight. Which I have no problem doing, but . . . what do I do?

Basically, saving the wedding material for the wedding, so what do I do here?

Thoughts? Ideas? YouTube clips?

Cheers

Never heard of an emcee at a stag party.

I guess I'd go with some of the dirtier stories and jokes...I assume this is going to be mostly friends and not parents/grandparents

Put on by the mother's of the bride & groom, so it will have family and thus the dirtier stories/jokes are off limits

Yeesh...umm just make a list of stories and cross off the ones you tell so you don't double up at the wedding?

Ahhh...I just read the link...I assumed by the name it was a combined stag/stagette party. I've got a pretty big family and we've never had anything like this...seems to be a Winnipeg east thing

A fundraiser for a wedding?

Sounds like you got your work cut out for you. Clean enough to keep the families happy, fun enough to make people wanna come and spend money, and you can't use anything you were going to use for the wedding.

The couple better be giving you a cut for this! Feel free to use that joke.

It's going to be awkward when the strippers arrive.

I went to one of these wedding socials in Winnipeg and the bride and groom did everything. Was more of a drinking party and a raffle. Not speeches about them.
