Weird cap issue

There is a weird glitch happening with a couple of teams' cap. It appears that the system is calculating cap transfers for 2012-2013 instead of this year. This isn't happening to all teams - just a couple (Anaheim and Philly for instance).

Give us a couple days to look into this - if need be I'll extend the deadline for UFA batch #1.

The Flyers should have never been allowed to go that much over Cap.... I think the league should come down hard with severe penalties and make Thornton and Datsyuk free agents
