Don't understand how you pitch anything over the plate to Davis. After a long at bat, they leave yet another hanging over the outside of plate...hitting the other way or not, why bother.
He's got 10 hits in last 14 games according to the TV, 7 of them are HR's.

I really hope that they can stretch him out and have him starting next year. Guy has the ability to be a top 10 MLB pitcher.

He could be a good replacement to Josh Johnson. I can't imagine that the Jays will be willing to pay Johnson what he will try to get paid as a free agent.

If this is the case, they need to trade Johnson ASAP. For anything.. even a bag of balls.
