Default Free Guitar Sheet Music

Looking for some songs to play on the guitar. Any free sites or if any one has some stuff to send my way would help. Hoping for some new stuff and am not into folk, jazz non of the softer stuff. I like country, hip hop, r&b.

Thank you in advance!

A few people here might like this site... You can isolate some instruments for a backing track too, pretty awesome.

This is the best site out there for guitar (and bass) tabs by far: http://www.songsterr.com/

The best thing about it is that it has rhythm notation to go along with the regular tabs, and each song has a corresponding MIDI track so you can see exactly what notes you're supposed to be playing when. The song selection isn't as good as the OLGA (before it was sued into shutting down) or sites like ultimate-guitar.com, but you'll find most popular well-known hits there.

No.

There's a paid iPad/iPhone version, but the website itself is free.

Songster is ok, but many of the songs are broken into about 10 different components, so it's not easy to learn to play the whole song with one guitar. It also does not show the lyrics. It is good for showing you the timing.

There are numerous guitar tab sites, and you can find a video lesson for most songs on youtube.
