Bump to say that Ducay was a great guy to do business with. The 20 year old truck I bought off him was in great shape, so I would imagine the Altima would be even better. I would have bought it myself, but my budget these days is more compatible with automobiles over 15 years old... haha

So, in closing, buy this man's car!
