Recommend me a maid / cleaning lady?

Hi guys,

Wife and I are busy with work and other activities and I don't like spending my downtime vacuuming. Looking for a maid to come bi weekly to dust and vacuum and all that jazz, but I am hesitant to hit kijiji or the net - looking for recommendations from the CP brain trust on reliaible, honest maid services in Calgary.

I might very well be imagining things, but I could swear there was some dude on here a while back trying to get a topless maid thing happening....or something along those lines.

I am pretty sure that the wife wouldn't approve... Unless I get creative with the scheduling and have her come when the wife is at work.....hmmmmmm

I've used Cottage Care in the past, and would recommend them.

Thanks - Looking into their site but I ugess they don't service Calgary (anymore?).

Whereabouts are you located in the city?

I know of someone. You can find cleaning ladies on kijiji that will come in and clean your house for $15 and hour. She charges more, not too much more, and she is worth it.

Bump - Need someone either tomorrow or Friday to do a really good clean. Have about 8 family members coming to stay for a week (for a wedding and stampede) and would like it really clean to start with.
