I find it strange that phone service was shut down for one account and the assumption is that Telus was hacked.

I love how you get murdered on this site for asking a question 
I wasn't assuming Telus was hacked I was looking for information on if there were other people affected besides our account or if this was just us.

What swrong with the title?
I could understand if it was..
TELUS Mobility Hacked?
It was clearly stated as a question. Apparently someone cloned one or more of our sim cards and Telus shut down the entire corporate account.
