Connection Issues
Including tonight, the last 3 evenings, I'm having all kinds of connection to CalPuck issues. I usually get the server was reset error after waiting possibly 5 or more minutes. It works all day until like 8-8:30ish and stays this way the rest of the night. Any ideas?

Also with Telus and have the same problem. CP seemed very slow last week, but has gotten better.

^^^Like I said, for me its just in the evenings. During the day it works great but after about 8, I get hardly anything.

Telus sucks!
Must be some kind of connectivity issue, you could try calling Telus.. or just save the time and punch yourself in the face, it'll have the same effect.

Is it really a telus issue though when its only CP that I have trouble with? Any other site works like normal, for me anyways.

Yep, I actually thought I had a virus because my computer was so slow, but I checked other sites and they were working fine.

Could one of you that are having problems, when you are having problems, try connecting to www.ivrnet.com or www.getvext.com? Those sites run on different servers but use the same access as CP, and should suffer from the same issues if connectivity is the issue. If those sites don't work either then it is likely a Telus interconnect issue.
Either way, I'll see what we can find out.

The operations guys couldn't find any issues either. The site hasn't lost connectivity this week, and the load has remained very steady and didn't see a material drop in activity. The site runs off a Shaw fiber connection, and Shaw didn't seem to have any issues either. My only guess is that there was a Telus issue or maintenance somewhere, most likely fairly localized, that was causing a routing issue. Some router somewhere probably couldn't find a path to Shaw. I can't guess any better than that.

More issues tonight and last night. Pages are taking upwards of 1 minute to load. Some more info:
- Tried on my iPhone at the same time (Bell 3G)- pages load normal speed.
- Tried the above links on both my home Telus and iPhone- both loaded about the same speed.

When you say the links loaded at the same speed, do you mean at the same speed as CP (ie slowly) or at the same speed as normal (ie quickly)?
