Task List that you can sync

Anyone familiar with a program or app that lets you sync a task list across numerous computers/Blackberries?

Or is there nothing better than the Outlook Task feature? I'm trying to get away from running an exchange server, and would much rather use a cloud option if I can. Provided it is simple enough to use.

Evernote lets you sync notes across all of your devices, but it's not task specific. Might be an option depending how you need your tasks laid out.
