Anyone have advice for someone considering Rogers for Internet (home and office)? Service, price, reliability and overall customer satisfaction?

Does Rogers even offer internet services, outside of their Rocket Stick, in Alberta?

I just got a call from them telling me they had bumped up my "extreme" service speeds free of charge. Telus never did that and always made me phone into them to get my service bumped up.

My advice is find a different provider for everything you just listed.

Rogers can occasionally be a good experience, but is usually an overwhelmingly bad one.

Do a little research into local providers before you pick up the gun and sign onto a big contract with Rogers.
