Well, interesting situation as the condo I've been renting is up for sale. Thing is, I would like to stay here but am not in a position to buy.

It's a great place! Lower Mount Royal area.

What are the condo fees? And what do they include? How is the parking secured? Thanks

Condo fees are $330 and includes water. Parking is covered and secured (via your own personal farmers style gate). I have a town car in there currently. Plenty of room! Thanks.

Edit - seeing as the description is now down, the place is on 19th ave in lower mount royal, has a private balcony, secured parking, lots of storage, huge washroom and in-suite washer / dryer / dishwasher. Approx 680 square feet.
