How long are you looking to rent it for, or when are you going to take posession upon your return?

we're looking for a 1 year lease starting in July, depending on how things go over there we may stay an extra year, but for now it's a one year (or six months if that suits the renter) with the potential for another year.

Also, we can be flexible on the return dates as well, if someone needed an extra couple months at the end of the lease or whatever, we could move to month to month after the first year.
