Apparently the West is using high-tech gizmos to steal rain from clouds over Iran and causing said rain to fall on their own countries.

He is a clown, but it is true that countries have done this in the past. It's called cloud seeding and it forces clouds to release their precipitation before they pass over. Israel has done this in the past to help make the desert green, much to the dismay of some of their neighbours. Beijing also did it before the Olympics to prevent rain during the events.

Stealing implies someone else gets it. I doubt The West is seeding clouds to aid Afghanistan, Pakistan or Armenia, let alone anything considered "Western."

What does ol' Ahmy think of climate change? It's probably an Illuminati 9/11 conspiracy that begins and ends with Cold War Star Wars programs.
