Default I notice NDP ads on CP...
I don't have a problem with it or anything, I'm just curious as to why?

Does the site approve ads that are placed on CP? Is it a random coincidence? Or did the NDP's ad agency or whatever seek out CP to have them placed here?

It's just Internet ads, like Google adwords. People buy advertisings with ad companies, we show ads from ad companies, whatever they have in their rotation shows up on the web pages.
