Suggestion: travel sub-forum

So, when I made my "I'm not travelling anywhere" thread about being sick of 3/4 travelling threads always on the first page of OT forum, it was partly in jest and partly not. It's not the subject material I get annoyed by, it's just the sheer number of them these days.

I am wondering if it might be useful for CP to have a travel sub-forum, much like the tech talk or contest sub-forum. That way, travel stuff can all stick together.

Example:

"Going to X, anything to do there?"
"Anyone heard about resorts at place Y?
"What is something I can't miss in place Z?"

These could all go in the sub-forum. It could also be a place to collect travel pictures, people to discuss their trips when they return, and get ideas for their next trips. It would also free up the main OT board for news, funny pictures, and random occurrences threads.

Any input from a mod? Or other members?

I like the travel threads being on the OTF... Kinda gives me ideas. I say the movie thread need to be banished to some obscure forum that I'll always forget to look in.

Agreed. At the same time, it also makes me jealous that I don't have the time or money to do some of those trips!
