wow...great game, lost 5-4 in OT on a Short Handed goal.
Worse was the fact both Gregory Campbell and Andy Sutton were injured.

Gregory Campbell is injured at 15:33 of 2nd period (Separated Right Shoulder) Out for 3 weeks.
Andy Sutton is injured at 1:16 of 1st overtime period (Fractured Metatarsal (Left Foot)) Out for 1 Month
Oil get all 3 stars despite having to go to OT? Who paid the selecting committee off?

I knew this would be a hard fought series, but I didn't expect 15 powerplays between us in the first game. Sharks were up 4-1 at one point in the 3rd but the Kings battled back to make it 4-3. We were able to hold them off and look to move some of that momentum to the 2nd game.

We had 2 guys play over 25 minutes so that is something that will need to be addressed for game 2.

Dang, outshot the Blues but top line let us down. Quick also has to be better.

Not quite as exciting, but Milwaukee takes the first game against Springfield 5-4 (popular score of the day!).

Hejda and Rafalski were beasts on the back end, +4 each with 29 and 31 minutes respectively.
