Undoubtedly, the NRA contingent (Dolly from Survivor Vananatu apparently) will want this under the guise of the 'right to bear arms'. I don't think the founding forefathers envisioned this little shoulder cannon to pick squirrels off with....

The XM109 can hold up to five of the 25mm rounds - derived from the dual-purpose (metal and meat) rounds used in the AH-64 Apache helicopter - and can penetrate up to 50 millimeters of armored plating, such as the stuff that protects many of aging SCUD missile launchers.

Actually I would think it owuld be very hard.... there would be little golpher parts strewn across the yard and then some.
