I am selling my first generation iPad (16GB 3G) (Box, cable, chargers included).

I have had an invisible shield on the front and back for the entirety of the iPads life so it is in extremely good shape, it is up to you whether you want to keep it on or not.
The warranty is active until June 10th, 2011 so if you have any problems just take it back and they will replace it.
It can be used on any of the big three cell phone providers in Calgary (Bell, Telus and Rogers) and can often be added to many peoples existing data plans (for a small fee). details here:
