Default Kirk Cameron Attacks Stephen Hawking

not physically...I think Hawking would kick his scrawny little a$$...

Two days after Stephen Hawking gave an interview in which he declared that in his wholly scientific view Heaven doesn't exist and that any such notion of the after-life was a "fairy story" for folks afraid of death, Growing Pains star-turned-evangelist Kirk Cameron is lashing out at the famed cosmologist, saying Hawking has no evidence to back up his claims.

The Article

"[Hawking] says he knows there is no Heaven. John Lennon wasn't sure."

How many posts before the banana video gets posted? I'll give it two, now that I said this.

Oh man, I just read the quoted part and I had to laugh.

"saying Hawking has no evidence to back up his claims."

Oh that's rich.

Stephen Hawkins can't even see the sky without help. I'm not suprised he can't envision heaven.

So you're saying you personaly can look up and see heaven?

I would think one of the greatest minds of our time could certainly envision heaven.

Maybe you should seriously ponder his conclusion that its a man created fairy tale.

I think we should stick to making fun of Kirk Cameron, instead.

Nice ad hominem attack there.

When all else fails, make fun of his disabilities.

As always, our immortal leader of morality sets the standards for class around here.

Nobody's making fun of Kirk Cameron for being a moron, so nobody should make fun of Hawking for his disability.

Oh man, not another person complaining about threads they don't like.

If you don't like it, don't read it, it's that easy.

If your neighbour is having a BBQ with pork, do you yell over the fence "Oh man, not another pork chop night! I hate pork chops!"

And Cameron wastes no time attacking a straw man, he can't actually deal with the real arguments and real facts, so he has to create fake ones made of things people don't say and attack those.

Cameron is worth zero attention, there's FAR better sources of theological argument to think about.

Kirk Cameron calling out Dr. Stephen Hawking over science is like Rick Santorum calling out John McCain on torture techniques.
