Worst movie of all time?
For me it has to be the Blair Witch Project.
I remember sneaking into that movie, and feeling ripped off when leaving.
A close second is one I watched recently "The American" other than the hot chick in the nude scenes it was a horrible movie.

Go the straight-to-video section in a rental store. I would safely bet that 8 out of 10 of those movies are worse than anything that ever had a theatrical release.

I would give an opinion here, but then I would have to admit that I was stupid enough to sit through the whole thing.

Manos: The Hands of Fate
I only saw it via Mystery Science Theatre some years ago, but I guarantee it's worse than any movie mentioned thus far by a wide margin.

Hahaha yeah honestly I was about to leave in what I thought was the middle of the Blair Witch Project, and then it started getting a little interesting for the first time in the movie and then bam 20 seconds later it finished.

Ultraviolet...I was a big fan of the other movie Kurt Wimmer wrote (Equilibrium) and was expecting another good movie. Instead, it was basically Equilibrium rehashed, but worse in every way possible, and with "vampires" thrown in for no forseeable reason.
Best part of the movie was when a guy stormed out of the theatre and yelled "This is the worst movie ever!!!" getting a round of applause from everyone that tried to stick it through.

Ishtar is still considered the worst movie of all time.
I think that WWE released a movie called The Chaperone recently it took in less then $1500.00 on its opening weekend.
Uma Thurman's movie motherhood grossed $130.00 on its opening weekend
And how can anyone pan Plan 9 from outer space, that movie was brilliant.
