Video game music - more downloads
Hey y'all, so mah band THWOMP plays video game music as super awesome rock. We just redesigned our website and to commemorate it we're releasing a free song per week.
This week you can get The Veldt theme from Final Fantasy III (VI).
Download it here!
Let me know what you think ... musicians are narcissists!

THWOMP are good. Are you one of the Gunther guys? If so, we've met. I have pictures of you on my hard drive. Creepy, eh?

His previous band META were also so incredibly awesome. I still wear the shirt!
On that note, are there any META recordings still kicking around? I'd love to get a hold of them.

Yeah, we recorded a full length album and basically split up right before we finished mixing it. It's on our producer's hard drive. I wouldn't mind those myself!

Get the tracks to me! I got Yamaha NS-10's a while back and have a nice big room. Last of the treatment goes up next payday. Or come check out my buddy's mixing room. We put up the treatment together, and it sounds killer in there. I don't remember what monitors he has, but all the mixing he does is A+ killer.

I think it's FFVI, not FFIII. Right?
Other than that... thanks again!

It's both! FFIII for the SNES in North America, FFVI in Japan and in North America for the re-releases.
I guess if you're one of those "It's Aerith, not Aeris" people, then yeah...it's FFVI.

Without doubt.
Follow-up question: best RPG on the SNES?
Final Fantasy VI?
Secret of Mana?
Chrono Trigger?
