I have a Wilson Cell Booster for those that work out of town in the bush where it's next to impossible to get a decent cell connection. This booster is a god send when you're out in the bush for a few weeks at a time and want to be able to talk to your girlfriend or family! Trust me, these are worth every penny! They also work great if you have a turbo stick for internet!
Model 801201 by Wilson Electronics. This is a Mobile Wireless Booster (Covers 800MHz & 1900 MHz) for CDMA, TDMA and GSM networks.
I purchased the booster about 3 years ago and have only had to use it a handful of times as most of our medic trucks had boosters already in them. At the time I purchased this booster for $400 and also purchased one of the roof mount magnetic antennas but have since misplaced it. Antenna may be purchased at a Telus mobility/Bell store or from the Wilson Website for around $45 or less.
Asking $225.00
I also have a newer Wilson booster headunit available for $175 if anyone is just looking for the main booster amplifier without any of the accessories. I could throw an interior antenna in with it so all you would need is the power adapter and exterior antenna.
Yeah these things are a life saver up north. We usually have 2-3 phones and 2 turbo sticks in our trucks and sometimes will have all of them going at the same point without any issues.
