Balzac Billy says.....
Balzac Billy crawled out of his hole this morning only to run right back in after seeing his shadow, heralding six more weeks of bitter cold, arse freezing, nose dripping, mustache icing winter for Albertans....
.....meanwhile in the east, Ontario's Wiarton Willie, Nova Scotia's Shubenacadie Sam and Pennsylvania's Punxsutawney Phil, are all forecasting early springs with beautiful warm weather typical to that found in the Caribbean.

Wait, so, thats 6 more weeks of winter? Of course theres 6 more weeks of Winter! Its February. Thats 4 weeks right there, we usually dont even get Spring till somewhere around the end of April, and even then we still get snow over the May long weekend like clockwork.
