Yeah, back in '06.
Seriously your post has to go into the hall of fame for worst posts ever for like 4 reasons.

1) This video is really old
2) There is a thread specifically for stuff like this (well not just like this, that thread is for cool stuff)
3) You kind of ruin the surprise when you specifically mention ghosts
4) You thought it was actually a good thread.

Not only is that video old, but videos of that ilk are basically late 90s old. Brutal fail.
