I just wanted to throw up a quick thing. Today is the anniversary of the shooting of Gabby Gifford. One year ago on Jan 8,2011 a crazed gunman, Jared Loughner shot 19 people killing 6 and Gabrielle Gifford was struck in the head and given little chance to survive.

Today she lead the pledge of allegiance at the shooting memorial.

If you were to look up the words determined and tough in the dictionary, you would certainly find her picture there.

FYP.

I have never seen a good reason to immortalize the a-holes who go on these rampages. I'd like all of their names to be forgotten, they don't deserve any notoriety.

On our way out of Tucson in November, we had to turn at the corner where this scene took place . . . . like all of these things after the fact, it was innocuous, crowded and like any other outdoor mall in America. Sort of surreal when you apply global headlines to it.

Thank the good fortune to have this happen with a team of world class specialists coincidentally positioned nearby to pull her through.
