Hosting an International Student

I have a spare bedroom in my house that I am having trouble renting out so I am now looking to rent it an international exchange student. I live very close to SAIT and have explored their international program. It looks ok, however, I was hoping someone could give me advice on any other programs that aren't affiliated with SAIT, Mount Royal, or the U of C.

The High River Rotary brings an International Exchange Student in every year. Maybe contact them and find out info on how it works. I'm sure they can answer some of your questions.
