Alex beats Tana in the final two. Trump wants to hire a woman but there is no way he could hire Tana to run one of his companies. She would be a disaster. If he has to pick a girl in his mind or in Burnetts mind then Kendra should easily win.

Tana - might be annoying but she has gained amazing momentum, she is the goldenchild of the group
Craig - A very smart guy, you don't see him losing his temper.
Bren - A little vanilla, but he started smoking during the show, and yet Trump has no problem with it. Yet he hammers Chris over his use of chew. He's done an ok job and is steady.
Alex - I don't think he can win, because he's flown under the radar. But has been strong before.
Tana wins and runs trumps company responsible for creating Trump Ghetto, youthware
