Bennett is still so valuable to this team. He'll never put up the numbers expected for a 4th overall pick, but he brings so much to this team on both sides of the puck, as well as his willingness to stick up for teammates time and time again. I think this video really shows how much his defensive game has improved, as well as how Jankowski and Neal dragged his point totals down yet again. No surprise that Peters has talked at length about needing to find a way to get Bennett more icetime.
Bennett has also been our best even strength forward in every playoff series he's played in IMO.
That video is chock full of a high level of talent. I wish he got the ice time (18+ minutes a game) with guys like Tkachuk, Lindholm, Mangiapane that he deserves. A few of those plays (to Backlund, Neal, and Hathaway respectively) deserved to find the back of the net.
I'm also excited to see him finishing some of those breakaways this year with his offseason work.

Thanks AC! I love Bennett. Nino crosschecked Bennett in the neck, Bennett doesn’t let it go but Nino backs down and Suter pipes up...so Bennett busts his nose open.

Love #93
"Grumpy" as Burke calls him.
A couple great angry Bennett sequences during the year. His entire game in COL for the OT win game, including smashing right through Zadorov's crosscheck to get to him.
Beating the #### out of Cole for this charge.
Crushing Nurse, then beating him in the fight later too.
Going after Niederreiter, Dumba, and then finally busting Suter's nose.
Then of course taking his anger out from Dell's cheapshot by lighting up Simek.

Great video thanks AC! I am hoping Sam puts it all together this year because he deserves it. He plays the game harder than anyone else on the team and you have to love that!
