You're missing the "F6" driver, as it's called.
There's a couple options you have:
1. If you're using RAID or JBOD or any of the advanced disk features, you need to download the boot driver from the manufacturer's website. If you post the manufacturer of the motherboard or the OEM of the PC, we can point you to the right link.
2. If you're NOT using RAID or JBOD (and most users typically aren't) and if the motherboard BIOS gives you the option, you can turn off 'AHCI' or 'RAID' and set the SATA controller to operate in 'IDE' mode. Windows will be able to boot without the use of a boot driver.
One caveat: The boot driver for Windows XP MUST be provided to Windows Setup via floppy disk. Newer versions (Vista, 7) can source this driver from a USB stick or a CD/DVD, but unless you slipstream the driver into the Windows XP setup media, you MUST use a floppy disk for the "F6" driver. You can use a USB Floppy Drive for this purpose if you own one.
