Rocks for Jocks.

Also, take what you enjoy. That's my best advice.

If you don't have a good handle on poli sci, Cameron can be tough. Great prof, but can be demanding. Get ready to read too... Is 283 ' intro to foreign policy'?

Boyce is a good prof. I don't remember how difficult the course was but at least he keeps it interesting.

Easiest A in the university is MUPF251 I think...the one that is University Chorus choir. It's only attendance-based so all you have to do is show up, sign your name on the sheet at the door and leave.

Not that I ever did that of course

Easiest course is without question HROD 475 . . . Don't think they offer it anymore, but when i did my undergrad, it was just a lifework assessment class where you do tests to find out what kind of person you are, and the final 'exam' is to write all of your problems on a balloon and let it fly away outside. Seriously. It was worth 10% of your final grade.

In it right now, very interesting, easy enough tests and decent chunk of videos. Also Hilderbrand is a good prof.

KNES 203 was the most fun course I ever took before beginning to specialize. I have no idea if it is even offered anymore, but if you like being active...this course is a dream, and great for keeping active.

That course has changed a lot. You still do the balloon thing but it's not worth marks.

You do a 50+ page assessment of bull ####, worst course ever I don't recommend that anybody take it.

I misread that as "Easiest A in university is MUFF251." And to that, I was gonna reply, why yes, definitely, but much easier if you live in res.

Only students enrolled in kinesiology can take it. An even easier one is knes201, where the lab is just an activity (I did hockey and badminton). God knows how they justify a joke of a course like this, let alone make it required for all knes students (it's a pedagogy course).

It's actually a brutal lecture, and you're graded on the activity on crap like effort or knowing the thickness of the blue line in hockey.

Anything with PSYC in the title! Not only are the classes super easy, but you can also get an extra 8% on your final grade by participating in the grad students crappy "research" projects

ARKY 327 is easy enough in terms of course material, but the prof is absolutely brutal. Her exams are 25 questions, each one is worth 35% of your overall mark. That wouldn't be all that bad, but she insists on trying to prove she is smarter then you, so she'll ask you stuff completely unrelated to anything you will learn in the course. Not to mention you can't study off her lecture slides since they are all pictures.

I've basically taught myself the course material by googling key terms.

She spent one class speaking in Mayan, then translating what she said (despite the fact that she didn't know some words), and then she taught us how to calculate the Mayan calender.

Don't take it.

I took RELS 205, put in minimal effort and got a B+. It was really enjoyable too, I looked forward to class. There is some reading involved, but it's not boring material by any means. There was one paper, but it wasn't difficult.

POLI 283 was probably the easiest course I have ever taken. I basically skimmed through the required reading and ended up with an A. If you followed along in Social Studies in High School, you'll be fine.

I agree with the poster that said ECON 201 is an easy A, but I also know a few people that found it difficult (repeated the course several times).

Any MUHL 309 class. Especially with Dr. Squance. They're really easy, interesting and fun to attend.

I took "World Hand Drumming" and "History of World Music". Best thing is they are repeatable for credit, as long as it's not the same 309.XX course.

Next semester they have History of Heavy Metal. Wish I could have enrolled in that, but I graduate in 17 days.

ECON201/203 are great gpa boosters especially if you take it with P. Tracy.
