Default Twisted Nut Syndrome

I just heard some guy at work was off all last week because he had TNS. Apparently he woke up in pain, and then went to the hospital, where they delayed a C-Section, to do surgery on his twisted nut. If he had gone without for another 6 hours approx. he probably would've lost his nut.
I've never heard of this.

My Brother had it...

I have never seen someone in more horrible pain.

They end up stapling your testicle to the side of your Sac... I am sure you all wanted to know that.

Please tell me this doesn't just happen. Does this guy have a mean wife, or does he wear those flaming skinny jeans?

I've had it just from running up the stairs on a cold day.

Well that explains that

Are you sure it didn't happen after you climbed the plexiglass then knocked yourself out when you hit the Saddledome ice?

No, apparently, it happens fairly commonly in the winter when you get out of a warm bed in the morning. Causes the old boys to contract and if you run or do something sudden while they contract you can twist 'em.

It happened to a guy I know after getting hit in the nuts really hard with a hockey puck. He had to go get it untwisted.

I didn't know it could "just happen". Did he have a severe case of blue balls maybe?

I wonder if my nut is trying to twist. Sometimes my righty will try to crawl back up in to where it came from...
Weirdly enough, it'll happen on a hot day for no reason.

You know if you stop playing with it so much, that probably won't happen, and you probably won't need those glasses anymore.

Put your seat back on your bike when you ride.
I'm sure it will fall back out then.

Jeez the tempting thought if your getting it done is to snap one off while he's getting his instruments, then explaining that you did it for one last time for posterity and its his office, he should clean up the mess.

Oh and Fotz, I totally hate you.

Wow, did Dr. Nick do it? or were you in a 3rd world country or something. I was gassed , and don't remember anything from when I was wondering if the 3 nurses were going to be laughing at me, while I was unconscience until they were wheeling me out, after the procedure.

I think I'd rather put my scrot in a microwave than have a vasectomy. I saw it on Discovery once, and from what I saw (peeking through my hand that was covering my eyes) it looked EXCRUCIATING.
