Default WTB - Video Baby Monitor

If anyone has an old Baby Video Monitor they are no longer using let me know and we can work out a price. Expecting in September and this is one of the few remaining things to get.

I don't want to tell you how to live your life and raise your kids, but you could cut the cost and just get a "normal" monitor. I think that we used ours for about 3 months and that was about it.

Or just hire someone from Cash Corner to sit and watch your baby. Prices are negotiable.

Yeah thats the reason I want a used one. We have a couple curious cats so the door to the babies rooms would be closed often and we just want the peace of mind of visual.

At the beginning (the first 10 months) the regular one worked fine because Ryley would cry as soon as she got up, so I would know when she's awake.

Lately though, I pop the door open to check on her and she's sitting up playing with her hands or the blanket and not making any noise (today she was sitting there with her blanket over her head WTF?)

So now I'm thinking about getting a video one, just so I can see what she's doing...

You should list any or all baby items for sale that you want to get rid of. We are also expecting in September, and certainly stocked up on unisex onesies.

What you really want is one that lets you watch your baby via smartphone. Then you don't have to leave him in the car when you go to the casino.

Seriously, I would have got a video monitor if I had a baby now. I had a sibling die of sids, so I was always paranoidly checking to see if they were still breathing.

I actually used monitors for 3 years for both our kids. Depends on the size of your house though, we can't hear our kids from most rooms.

I would recommend the Angel Care monitor with the motion sensor. Works really well. Sears has them on sale sometimes, recently for $100. You can also find them at those used baby places (or so I'm told)
