WTB: Bench Grinder

I know, seems random since most things are electronics on here, but I'm pretty desperately looking for an affordable bench grinder. I'm starting buffing and polishing as a hobby and so I was hoping someone might have one of these kicking around. 6" is best.

how cheap is cheap? they often go on sale for ~30 or 40.

I figured in the 20-30 range depending on age. Where do they often go on sale? Home Depot only has one 6" model available.
