Basketball on the 360: EA or 2K?

I've been asking a few people, but I get varied answers. Which one is better?

Historically it's been 2K, but this year EA has better reviews. I downloaded both demos, and I like the EA one better, but it's only a couple quarters of exhibition play. No real glimpse of any of the major elements of the games.

So which one do you guys prefer?

EA is pretty much pulling an Triple Play Baseball to MVP Baseball transformation for their basketball title. It's now called NBA Elite, and will feature the same new physics engine that'll be in NHL 11, along with controls empathized on the sticks rather then buttons.

So you may want to keep eyes peeled for previews and such, although EA is probably going to market the ish out of this game to grab awareness. It might be a pretty different experience.

nah, I haven't actually played either game. NBA Jam, now that is a game I could get behind.
