2 Rogers Cell Phone Contracts + 2 Phones to take over for free

We are moving out of country and are looking for someone to take over our Rogers cell phone contract. I know it's a long shot, but if anyone knows of anyone who would take over our contract, at no cost to them (other than future cell phone charges), it would save us $800 in cancellation fees.

The contract last until March 2012. They are 2 phones linked together under 1 contract. The contract includes 300 shared weekday minutes, MY5 for both phones, voicemail, unlimited wknights/weekends and evenings starting at 6pm. Average monthly payment is $120 after taxes & fees.

We would also be including our phones for free. One is a Sony Ericsson W760a and the other is W580i. Both are in very good condition.
